My art cannot be used for NFTs or anything AI related under any circumstances. Do NOT input any of my art into any AI systems/programs.

Commissions are not first come first serve. I reserve the right to refuse/reject any requests.

Commissioned illustrations are for personal use ONLY unless specifically stated otherwise. PNG-tuber, content thumbnails, stream panels, stream notifications, merchandise, etc. are all considered to be commercial use. Profile pictures and OC profiles are ok.

Please credit me if you are to post and/or use your commission anywhere.

All payments must be made upfront on specified sites in USD. I will begin working on your request AFTER I've received the payment. Failure to pay within 3 days without communication may result in your commission slot being forfeited. If you run into any issues/need more time, please talk to me!

Please discuss with me if you would like to pay in installments for large payments ($250+). Full payment must be made before you can receive the final file.

Please fill out the Google form that is made available for your commission request. I will reach out to accepted clients once decisions have been made. Declined clients will not be contacted. I will announce on Twitter when slots have been filled. Please check my Trello/Commission Status page to see if you've been waitlisted.

Please give clear and accurate visual references. Be as detailed as you can in your requests. I will not be held responsible for not including anything you did not request, and you will only have limited chances to ask for edits without extra charge. Pose references and inspiration photos are greatly appreciated if you have something specific in mind.

Deadlines must be given prior to commission request acceptance.

Rough sketches will be sent for approval before I proceed for most commission types. The client is allowed three edits for free. Once approval is given for the sketch, it is final. No major changes will be accepted after the sketch has been approved. Please let me know if there are certain stages you would like me to check in on.

Sketch and SKEB-type commissions will not receive a sketch approval check-in. So please be clear and detailed in your request if you want something specific.

Up to 3 minor edits will be allowed after the artwork is finished. Major edits are negotiable but will require an extra charge. Any edits required due to the artist's mistake will be made for free. Revisions are unavailable for SKEB-type commissions.

Commissions may take anywhere from one day to three months to complete. Please respect that I have a life outside of drawing and may work on other projects while doing commissions. Do not commission me if you are unwilling to be patient.

You may not claim authorship of the artwork itself. Please do not alter/edit the artwork without my consent. I am very open to commissioners wanting to make edits for the artwork to more suit their vision, please just give me a heads-up.

I reserve all rights to my artwork. I may use the commissioned artwork for advertisements/commission examples and portfolios. Please let me know if you would like the artwork to remain private.

Refunds will only be available if I decide that I am unable to complete the request. Please make sure you are able/want to go through with a request before making a payment.

I reserve the right to refund any orders at any time, regardless of the reason, regardless of the person requesting.

If you file a chargeback or break any of the terms above, all your rights to everything from me will be retracted and you will be blacklisted from placing any future commissions.
